第15回（平成17年度）日本消化器内視鏡学会学会賞受賞者は厳正な審査の結果，下記の受賞者が決定し，平成17年10月7日，第70回日本消化器内視鏡学会総会会場（ポートピアホテル）において学会賞授与式が執り行われました．
次回学会賞の選考対象は平成17年７月から平成18年６月の間にGastroenterological Endoscopy およびDigestive Endoscopyに発表された論文が自動的に選考の対象となります．
