It’s a great pleasure to inform you that the Japan Gastroenterological Endoscopy Society (JGES) will subsidize a portion (50 000 yen) of the APC for the first 6 accepted articles submitted to DEN Open after 10 June 2022!

We are also delighted to announce that DEN Open is now indexed in PubMed Central and listed in the Directory of Open Access Journal (DOAJ).

APC Campaign Points:

• Manuscripts submitted after 10 June 2022 and accepted thereafter are eligible.
• A total of six manuscripts in any article category except Letter to the Editor will receive funding on a first-accepted, first-served basis.
• JGES membership is not required.
• After acceptance, authors of selected articles must first pay the full amount of the APC to the publisher (Wiley) in order to publish the articles, as-per the usual procedure. After this, JGES will make a remittance of 50,000 yen to the bank accounts of the corresponding authors of the selected articles.
• Wiley and JGES secretariat will use the email addresses registered in ScholarOne during the submission process to contact the respective authors via email. In the case where we do not receive a reply from the authors by the said deadline, we may cancel the support for them.
